The artist reserves the right to update the terms at any time; however, if the terms are updated midway through a commission, the customer will not be subjected to the new terms unless they are directly benefited by them. That is to say, the customer receives the benefit of the old terms unless the new terms work in the customer's favor.

Terms

Prices and terms agreed upon at the beginning of a transaction are binding, unless official renegotiated later in the commission process. If you agree to a price, you will not receive the product until it is paid.

Payments

  • All payments must be made via Paypal in United States Dollars (USD) via invoice.

  • Customers are expected to pay half the agreed upon amount up front for protection of the artist. The remaining balance will be paid after the commission is completed. Once any work has been done on the project, the upfront payment become non-refundable.

  • Lack of payment will void the rights of the buyer to any pictures, animations, and file created for the commission by the artist.

Note: All prices are created under the rough assumption of a $7.25 minimum wage per hour. My goal is to earn money proportional to the quality of models I produce, without raising the prices too high for the average customer.

What to Send Me

  • A detailed description of your commission. For RWBY weapons, please describe the weapon and its transformation.

  • Include concept art even if it's just blocks with arrows to show movement or form. Anything you provide will speed up the commission and avoid me having to needlessly redo things!

  • If applicable, the name and description of your weapon/item - tell me its lore!

Note: Any concept art provided must be created by or owned by the customer. This limitation does not apply to reference images.

I will reply with an acceptance or denial of the commission and a price quote. Please be patient, response time may vary but I promise I will get back to everyone that emails me eventually!

General Terms

  • I reserve the right to use commissioned models and any provided references at my discretion for portfolio purposes or as a showcase of my modeling and animation experiance (including, but not limited to, posting on Deviant Art, Artstation, Sketchfab, and Youtube).

  • I do NOT reserve the right to claim ownership of any concept art or original ideas brought forth by the customer expressely related to the commission. I will not use the model for personal projects or monetary purposes that are not porfolio/showcase related.

  • The customer is expected to appropriately provide credit to the artist when applicable and expected. In other words, the customer may NOT claim to have created the model or any associated content that was created by the artist (images, videos, etc).

Deliverables

Products will be delivered to the customer via email. In the event that file sizes are too big, they will be transfered via Google file share. In most cases, the files should not be exceptionally large so as to prevent email delivery.

Work-in-progress images will be delivered to the customer on regular intervals during the commission.

Specific deliverables and exclusions will be detailed on individual commissions.

  • All models will use textured using Blender's default materials, unless otherwise specified.

  • Any armatures provided will include only the basic functionality needed to complete the commision, unless otherwise specified.

  • All models will be reasonably high poly using subdivision surface modifiers (not Game-Ready), unless otherwise specified.

  • All commissions will receive the final .blend file, unless otherwise specified.

Note: I cannot and will not guaruntee that the .blend file provided at the end of the commission will open or run optimally on the customer's computer, as different PC components will influence how well the file operates.

Completion time per commission varies based on a variety of factors, including customer response time when given WIPs to review. As such, the customer accepts that there is no hard completion date provided. On average, commissions will take a week to two weeks.
